Skills Bootcamps in Leadership
Level 3. 60 hours. Online and face to face.
Provider: Lincoln College

These Skills Bootcamps will give new and emerging leaders the chance to develop their skills and knowledge to become the next leaders within the organisation. They will finish the course with an ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership as well as completing the Extraordinary Leadership training delivered by Human Alchemy.

Skills Bootcamps in Leadership and Management
Level 3-5.    65 hours.  Face to face.
Provider: Tec Partnership, Grimsby

A 14-week programme delivered by a trained psychologist and leadership and management industry specialist, covering all things management. Throughout the Skill Bootcamps, candidates will cover project management, time management, leadership and management, improved mindset for self and others and more much more. The Skills Bootcamps is aimed at people in employment who require the skills, knowledge and increased confidence to upskill into supervisory roles, or aspire to progress in the future. Sessions can be held on the employer’s site or at the Grimsby Institute campus consisting of days in the classrooms, and practical workshops.

Skills Bootcamps in Care Leadership
Level 3-5.    71 hours.  Face to face.
Provider: Tec Partnership, Grimsby.

A 14-week programme delivered by care experts, covering mental health first aid, leadership and management and aspects of leadership skills in the care sector, specifically around personal and professional development for self and your team. Our Skills Bootcamps in Care Leadership are aimed towards employed staff in the sector who require the skills, knowledge and increased confidence to upskill into supervisory roles, or aspire to progress in the future. Our sessions can be held at the Grimsby Institute campus or on the employer’s site, consisting of days in the classroom, and practical workshops. Support will be provided by our dedicated tutors throughout the skills Bootcamps.

Skills Bootcamps in Mental Resilience (for New & Aspiring Managers)
Level 3-4.    63 hours.  Face to face.
Provider: Tec Partnership, Grimsby.

A 14-week programme delivered by a trained psychologist and leadership specialist to equip new and aspiring managers with all the mindset skills needed to succeed in management. Throughout the skills Bootcamps, candidates will learn the skills and knowledge around effective communication, improving mindset for self and others, mental health first aid, and much more. Our Skills Bootcamps in Mental Resilience for new and aspiring managers, are aimed at people in employment in any sector who require the skills and improved confidence in mental resilience to increase their responsibilities, and progress into different roles. Our sessions will be held at the Grimsby Institute campus and our Modal campus consisting of days in the classrooms, and practical workshops. Support will be provided by our dedicated tutors throughout the Skills Bootcamps.
