I'm Sarah Louise Fairburn and I'm Vice Chair of the Greater Lincolnshire LEP and Chair of the Greater Lincolnshire Food Board. I’m also an entrepreneur and concept creator of my newly launched brand Imp&Maker. I'm passionate about quality and creating global artisan products locally in the food industry, as well as an advocate for tourism across our patch.

I understand the importance of collaborating with those who have a passion and drive for positive change, innovation and success.  Across business, academia, the public sector, communities and government there are many individuals who go the extra mile and are natural champions, driving change and opportunity.  So we're dedicating this newsletter to showcase some of them in this special edition.  From some fantastic partnerships between schools and employers producing tangible career participation for young people through our Enterprise Advisor Network, to the hotel championing renewable energy at a local level, and from the sign maker opening up academic-business opportunities for manufacturers to the Chief Executive of LIVES, developing new models of cutting edge rural healthcare, and to the fish lover going all out to support and drive success in the seafood industry, these are some of our Lincolnshire Voices we think you'll want to hear.

This is just a taste of the amazing developments and work taking place across our great region and we'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone everywhere, doing your bit, great or small, to bring opportunity and change lives.
