Careers service to stage virtual jobs fair

The National Careers Service will be hosting a virtual jobs fair via Twitter and Facebook next week.

Its main social media accounts are coming together with key partners to deliver a joined-up jobs fair to support customers who need their help.

There are two time slots during which employers are encouraged to post or tweet about local job vacancies: 

• East Midlands          Tuesday 9th June          13:00 – 14:00             Follow on Twitter @CareersEMids
• East of England       Wednesday 10th June   11:00 – 12:00             Follow on Twitter @CareersEEBucks

Each vacancy should include the hashtag #JobsHour and preferably a link to the online application as well as a hashtag of the location.

Please support the virtual jobs fair by taking part yourself, circulating amongst your teams and sharing this information with your employer networks.
