Barclays Bank has hosted the first Farm2Farm event in collaboration with Dyson Farming bringing together agritech founders, farmers, and industry leaders to explore how Dyson Farming’s research, technology and entrepreneurship are driving the future of agriculture.

From data-driven regenerative farming to smart sensor applications for ecosystem monitoring, attendees gained practical insights into how innovation is reshaping land management.

Highlights included; unlocking commercial opportunities through biodiversity net gain; a live case study on restoring Dunston Beck, showcasing sustainable land management in action; Beyond the Bottle - a deep dive into disruptive bio stimulant innovations; and an Agri-Tech Innovation Panel on scaling solutions for a resilient agricultural future.
 
The energy in the room reflected a shared commitment to building a more innovative, sustainable food system through collaboration and cutting-edge technology.

Panellists included; Richard Thomas, Head of Landed Estates & Agriculture Strategy at Barclays UK;  Martin Collison, Rural and Agri-food Consultant and Visiting Professor in AgriFood Systems at Lincoln Institute for AgriFood Technology;  Rob Bray, Chief People & Sustainability Officer with experience across some of the UK’s leading consumer brands; and Daniel Iddon, CEO and Founder at Re-Genus, specialising in regenerative fertilisers which work for growers, nature and the climate.
