Property developer, Stirlin, has received planning approval for a new phase of employment space on their popular business park in Lincoln, which will potentially create around 25 new jobs.

North Kesteven District Council have approved plans for five hybrid office and warehouse units, to be located on Stirlin’s Leafbridge Business Park.

The new phase (Building H), will be the third phase constructed so far on the 44-acre business park, with all existing units now occupied or sold subject to contract.

Each 2-storey unit in the new phase will consist of a warehouse to the ground floor, with a motorised insulated sectional door and personnel door, toilet facilities and high specification offices to the first floor, along with ample parking spaces.

Leafbridge is conveniently situated on Station Road in North Hykeham, directly adjacent the Hykeham Railway Station, with excellent access to Lincoln city centre, the A46 Lincoln bypass and the A1.

Design and build requirements can also be accommodated throughout the site, with opportunities of up to 50,000 sqft.

Managing Director of Stirlin, Tony Lawton, says “We are absolutely delighted that the local authority has approved our plans for a new phase on Leafbridge Business Park. Consent for further development on the site allows us to offer another fantastic opportunity for businesses and investors looking to expand and relocate, bringing new employment to the area.”

“We don’t expect these units to be on the market for long. This particular style of commercial unit, that we first brought to the marketplace some years ago, has been incredibly popular among both owner occupiers and leasehold tenants.”

“Designs are currently being prepared for the remainder of the site, so we welcome any interested investors or businesses to get in touch with their exact requirements.”

Tim Downing, Director of Pygott & Crone says “Leafbridge is now recognised locally, regionally and nationally as the premier business park in the region and we continue to receive high levels of interest from owner occupiers and investors. Stirlin are a major contributor to the growth of the local economy and we are excited to continue working with them on this prestigious scheme.”

Construction on the new phase is due to commence at the end of July this year, with completion expected at the beginning of 2022.
