Polar explorer Ann Daniels will speak at the annual LEP Business Live conference in October.
One of the first women in history to reach the North and South Poles as part of all women teams, Ann is a world record holder and one of Britain’s leading female explorers.
Described by the Daily Telegraph as one of the top 20 British adventurers of all time, she is regularly asked to speak on leadership, motivation and planning for success.
As a polar guide and the only leader of all three Catlin Arctic Surveys, Ann is living proof that good leadership, teamwork and a positive mental attitude does make a difference to the success of a team
The theme of this year’s LEP Business Live event will be ‘embrace the future’, with a focus on how advances in technology continue to revolutionise the business world, for instance through artificial intelligence (AI), automation and more.
The event will take place on Friday 20th October, at the end of Lincolnshire Business Week, at The Epic Centre on the Lincolnshire Showground.
LEP Business Live attracts around 300 business people every year and is the highlight of the Greater Lincolnshire LEP’s calendar. It features stimulating talks and an exhibitions and also provides a wealth of networking opportunities.
This year there will also be technology and robotics displays during this year’s conference so delegates can see future technologies in action, and interactive apps and technology to enhance the experience for both exhibitors and visitors to the show.
