The Productivity Programme is a European funded project delivered by the University of Lincoln and designed to enable Greater Lincolnshire SMEs to advance and develop their ambitions and driving levels of productivity and investment.

It also drives collaborative engagement, leading to new products, processes and services and creating and exploiting new markets, and is home to several workshops, masterclasses, and inspirational networking events. Browse the latest brochure to discover more.

Two years into this three-year project, the programme has already delivered a range of innovative support to local SMEs within Greater Lincolnshire by supporting 334 businesses with support such as, grant funding, business advice, investment opportunities and collaboration with the academic expertise of the University of Lincoln.

Growing Graduate Enterprise - University graduates Matt and Holly were videographers who wanted to turn their passion into a viable income and were quickly helped to turn their hobby into a business. Through mentoring, the programme helped them overcome common start-up challenges such as invoicing, customer relations, and how to market to their audience. Watch their story in a short YouTube film here
