The LEP is looking for business leaders to join its Board of Directors as Non-Executive Directors.

The Greater Lincolnshire LEP is looking for business leaders to join our Board of Directors as Non-Executive Directors.

We are seeking to recruit new private-sector board directors to help lead Greater Lincolnshire into a brighter future focusing on economic recovery and growth.

The ideal candidates will be business leaders who share a passion for the future of the region’s economy and want to share their skills and experience to make a difference to Greater Lincolnshire's prosperity.

We are specifically looking for a business leader from northern Lincolnshire and a business leader from the visitor economy sector.

This exciting opportunity to join the LEP is open to business leaders who can bring a depth of experience aligned to our strategic aims and who are able to make an active contribution to the work of the LEP, strengthening the organisation’s role as the main thought leader influencing economic development and place-making in Greater Lincolnshire and delivering the area’s Local Industrial Strategy and recovery plan.

You will also be involved in making decisions in driving investment into Greater Lincolnshire, and you will require a strong understanding of good governance.

The successful candidates will serve as a Director of the Greater Lincolnshire LEP for a three-year term, attending meetings (sometimes virtual) every month.
