Support for employers in Lincolnshire & Rutland making redundancies
The Greater Lincolnshire LEP is working with the National Careers Service and Futures to support businesses at the present time.
Futures is a publicly-owned, not-for-profit social enterprise, created in 1995 by Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County Councils.
To talk to a Futures Business Adviser about any of their support packages, please contact Futures for Business on 0345 850 8899 or email: email@example.com
If you have already made employees redundant, are about to make small numbers of staff redundant (up to five), or are planning to make larger-scale redundancies (five or more) Futures can support both you as an employer and your employees to manage the transition through online group sessions and one-2-one support using Microsoft teams
Please also consult a Business Adviser at the Lincolnshire Growth Hub and our additional support pages covering financial and training information.

Support from the Department for Work and Pensions
The Employer Help pages provided by the DWP are aimed at both employers and their employees. Their website offers guidance on a range of topics which includes redundancies and how to make a claim for those former or furloughed employees.
