Construction has commenced on plant machinery supplier, Stirlin Plant’s, new headquarters.

The new HQ is being constructed by property developer, Stirlin, and designed by Johnathan Roberts Architects.

The building occupies a prominent position on Riverside Enterprise Park in Saxilby, with proximity to Lincoln City Centre, as well as easy access to the Lincoln Bypass and other road networks.

West Lindsey District Council approved plans for the 5,000 sqft workshop and office facility earlier this year.

Serving multiple areas within the East Midlands, Stirlin Plant supply an extensive range of new and used plant machinery and equipment to professionals within the construction industry.

Stirlin Plant is partnered with some of the world’s leading manufacturers, such as global brand, Wacker Neuson and British manufacturer, Winget, allowing them to have a wide range of innovative machinery at their disposal.

Sales Manager of Stirlin Plant, Ady Brodrick, says “We are so excited that Stirlin has broken ground on our new HQ. The purpose-built facility will not only give us the desperately needed space to expand, but more importantly, it will mean that we can provide a more effective experience for our loyal and supportive customer base.”

“The new building will give us almost treble the workshop space, as well as a larger display area to showcase the fantastic range of equipment we have available, giving the customer a chance to view and compare our products side by side.”

“We are extremely grateful to our customers and our supply partners, who have contributed to our exciting growth and expansion. We’re looking forward to the new opportunities the new HQ will bring once it’s complete. Thank you to the team at Stirlin who are working hard to bring this dream a reality.”

Foundation works are currently underway, with completion estimated for the end of the year.
