As part of the Team Lincolnshire Business Plan, key performance indicators were aligned to our strategic objectives to measure and quantify the success of our ambassador programme.  Each month we will be sharing our progress within all these areas, as well as monitoring our social media presence and events. Further information will also be available on our Team Lincolnshire website.

Below are some highlights of the work that our ambassadors have been doing over the last few months:

Business to business collaboration is at the heart of what Team Lincolnshire are all about - recently Team Lincolnshire Ambassador's Pygott & Crone have supported Wingman Ltd to source a new Lincolnshire based dedicated office space at Long Bennington helping them expand and grow - this is an excellent example of our Team Lincolnshire ambassadors working together.

In November, we heard the fantastic news that our ambassador, West Lindsey District Council, has entered a new partnership with national housebuilder, Keepmoat Homes, to deliver 454 new homes at their Gainsborough Sustainable Urban Extension. This scheme marks the first investment by Keepmoat within our region and shows how our ambassadors can have direct involvement in the development of key investment sites.

There has also been lots of activity from our ambassadors on social media. Lincolnshire County Council's Cllr Colin Davie has been actively tweeting about Team Lincolnshire - this has helped attract Micronclean to join the ambassador programme, Alex Kowalczuk at Horseman Construction has also been extremely busy promoting the good work we are all doing and has helped to increase the membership with our newest member Jame Baker, Director of Invise Ltd.  We now have 123 members, just imagine the impact we can have if we all did even one tweet a week mentioning @TeamLincs or retweeted the posts that Team Lincolnshire are making about how fantastic it is to live, work, learn and invest in our region!

Remember Team Lincolnshire is your ambassador programme and these are OUR goals. So we actively encourage you to get involved and tell us of any success stories you have that will benefit the region, if you are collaborating with other members and if you are helping support or deliver any of the Team Lincolnshire objectives. We can't wait to hear from you.
